You will then arriving at your next roundabout, make a left turn towards the Morfa Garreg housing estate and continue through the estate until you reach the signs which direct you to turn left for the old Harbourmaster’s office and slipway.įrom the A5 you will need to follow the road towards and through the town of Porthmadog where you need to make a left turn on the main roundabout onto the the A497 towards Pwllheli. Once you reach a set of traffic lights you need to take a left turn on the round about and continue on the road, passing the station and main harbour. Once in Pwllheli continue on the A499 and cross the first roundabout near the Asda supermarket, then continue along the road for aprox 300yds before turning left. ![]() After going through Caernarfon follow the signs towards Pwllheli on the A499. You will still be required to have a valid registration sticker on your craft.įrom the A55 turn off at Bangor and head towards Caernarfon on the A487. There are a number of shops here and some offer a launching facility – Your Gwynedd Daily Launch fee does not allow you free launching at the Marina itself but it is possible to pay there independently to be launched.
